Comments, concerns or questions.... Contact us, we reply promptly to all email messages. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened, defective, or damaged in transit merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
- Opened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in original factory packaging and include all literature/accessories. Damaged/incomplete merchandise will not be accepted.
- Merchandise with missing/completed warranty cards or that are registered online are not returnable.
- Return Authorization is required prior to returning the merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- All sales final on used lenses.
Refunds will be issued promptly, usually within 24 hours after merchandise is returned and inspected.
Please ask questions before purchasing, especially if you are unsure about accessory compatibility with your adapter.
